Come on, Numie wasn’t perving, that’s just a natural straight male reaction to seeing a bunch of young ladies who have no problem being judged for their bodies in tiny swimsuits to win valuable prizes!
I don’t remember anything with that Captain character or the actor playing her, but that actually seems like it would have been a good plot element to have earlier in the series, not now while it’s on late series life support. A female authority figure to check Mitch’s ego? In the hands of competent writers it could be fun and lead to actual character growth. – but this is Baywatch so she will be another object to provide sexual tension for Mitch.
