I think I can best sum up these early episodes of Nights as “Trying so hard and yet barely trying at all”…
I think another flaw I see here with Nights, is that David Hasselhoff placed himself in a cast where he’s obviously the worst actor out of the regulars. On Baywatch he looks like a master thespian in contrast to the terrible acting of Pamela Anderson, David Charvet, Yasmin Bleeth, Eddie Warlock, Nicole Eggert, and of course…Kelly [at least he’s an awesome surfer]Slater.
Gregory Alan Williams and Angie Harmon are just so much better at it, and it makes the Hoff’s ham[burger]-fisted performance all the more noticeable.
