To my knowledge, this is your first toy review.  Or am I wrong?  If this is your first…PLEASE do more!  😀  You had so much humor going on, plus you covered a lot about the figures themselves.  Nice work.

The clip at the end was cute.  You were really into your figures.  🙂  I too was a victim of losing toys to Yard Sales/Garage Sales when I was younger.  Sad times.  🙁

I know that you like Transformers (You have some from the G1 line like Soundwave, Optimus Prime, and even Devastator), but have you purchased any of the new figures from the “Prime” cartoon?  Have you even seen the new cartoon?  I’ve seen some reviews on the Prime figures, and they lack a lot of humor.  Your humor, plus Transformers toys, equals greatness.

Oh, before I leave…have you played “Fall of Cybertron” yet?

Nice Hockey hair lil’ Phelous (though I’m super jealous, when I was that age I didn’t even have one of the turtles & my stupid curly hair didn’t lend itself to mullet growth).

I really need to pick up one of these guys; probably Leonardo. I don’t think I can justify the whole set, sadly. =(

Did you ever get any of the NECA Mirage-based Turtles? They were certainly…interesting.

Not really a figurine collector, but it is awesome to see the Turtles get an accurate, faithful, toy line to do them justice.

Oh my, those are nice! What scale are they? 6 inch? They’d fit right along with my Marvel Legends figures! (Not sure why they’d be there, but they’d like nice nonetheless!) I use to own the originals too, but also lost them to the terrible evil that are garage sales… I recall them having different shades of green also. I never understood that.

According to oafe.net, they stand just a hair over six inches. What scale they belong to depends on how tall you think the Turtles should actually be. (Which can vary, considering they tend to be differing heights in the toon, comics, and films, based on considerations of the medium.)

This was surprisingly entertaining. I definitely wouldn’t mind if you did a few more of these.

Man i wanna get these. I mean I had no idea these were out. This would be a good gift for my little cousin. I hope the Bay movie doesn’t ruin the turtles for the new generations..

Awesome review Phelous.  I’d actually like to see you try some other toy reviews.  DSt is making a Klingon Bird of Prey this year you can give that a try.

You know its weird but it actually sounds like your parents are being sarcastic in that old home movie.

Picked up Leonardo at a local comic shop, and I agree with Phelous; he’s pretty spiffy. Mine has some very, very slight oddities with the paint on the eyes, but you don’t really see it unless you look for it.

I also took a look at the figures for the new show, and was surprised to see that the Turtles come with the “weapons rack” accessories, like the orignial toys. Would that it could have been included with the Classic Collection guys; that would have been pretty awesome.

(Might still get a new-series Leo or Krang for my desk.)

It was a yard-sale purchase and one of my most cherished possessions for years. Didn’t matter that the previous owners didn’t include the instructions or half the cards when I bought it.

Nitpick! Didn’t the turtles already give us the finger in the Turtles Forever crossover? Continuity error.

And for anyone that watched (or for that matter, made) this review, I’d sincerely recommend watching season 2 episode 7 of Workaholics. Admittedly, the plot is just idiots partying- everyone’s favourite plotline ever! But seriously, watch it.

Is it your camera, my monitor, or are Leonardo & Donatello both wearing blue? & the exact same shade at that.

Gee golly, Phelous…Now you can make a stop motion remake of A Very Turtles Christmas!

Woah, These are pretty cool. I think the new sereis ones have a nice design and all though mikey’s sickle looking thing is alittle ood. If I were to get these I would get the old dudes for sure. I also agree that the packaging is super rad on these guys.

Oh how I’ve always wanted one of these…I’ve tried getting one of the turtles off Amazon hoping to get all of them soon but they instead send me the movie turtles, twice! So I’m kinda saddened by it.
