I would like to see you guys review the Mary Kate & Ashley in Action! animated spy show. As a kid, that, New York Minute, and Survivor were the only Mary Kate & Ashley things I liked.
My local ABC affiliate didn’t carry Mary-Kate and Ashley in Action!, so I only ever saw a single episode of the show once while visiting my grandparents’ house. Based on what (admittedly little) I saw of it, it should’ve been called Mary-Kate and Ashley INACTION, since I sat there for a full half-hour waiting for something to happen. Bah-zing!
It’s just occurred to me that the “You’re Invited” song has the same tune as “They Had It Coming” from Chicago. Now I’m picturing grown up Mary-Kate and Ashley as cold-hearted husband-murdering jailbirds… This is how it started…
oh dear gawd these two again! (smacks head on wall) Lemme tell ya, Lupa, what it was like growing up in the 80s and 90s actually being of a set of twins. You get compared to these no-acting hacks! I’m not even kidding! We’re years and years older than these two and still people would say “Olson twins” around school. Made you wish you came out of the womb alone >_<
Sounds rough. I’m also an identical twin, but my twin and I were boys, and we were out of school by the time Full House came along, so I guess we dodged a bullet.
You are so lucky to be a set of boys! Being identical twin girls, with yes also blond hair, was not a good thing to get out of. I swear we’re like 8 years older than these shmucks and STILL we got compared to them O_O Blah 😛 Thanks for the nudge. Twins unite.
Okay you guys made me lose it by mentioning how the girls keep killing off Santa. And Hillary Clinton’s emails involved working with Scrooge 😛 That was hilarious.
It’s really bugging me that they used what are clearly modern (for the time) laser printers for the naughty and nice list thing, but they’re showing 80s dot matrix style paper coming out of it.
And if they’re going to Toronto in that first one, they’ve got a long trip ahead of them, they’re clearly in Vancouver.
