It was a newly constructed house, so there wouldn’t have been creaking floorboards, but they are spot on that you would hear a large man like Gary Busey moving around. Would have been much more realistic if he lived in the basement, maybe had a secret tunnel to the shed?
I will definitely check this out if I get the chance, even if the end is kinda spoiled now… I enjoy a trashy thriller from time to time.
