I can kind of see what they were going for here. A hunter going after the TMNT so he can sell them on the black market isn’t a bad concept in theory, but of course since Next Mutation has to play everything as broad as humanly possible it ends up being just as goofy as everything else in the series.
I knew this guy would be pure gold.
He needs to be a recurring stupid character like Wabuu Baltard and Old Man.
Loving this series as much as your analysis of Mortal Kombat Conquest series, and I had actually watched several of those when they aired. You are at the top of your game, Phelous.
