The English dub of Dingo’s Town Musicians of Bremen was hidden away on a French dvd. It’s an EastWest Dub but not on an EastWest DVD however FunKid’s might still have a connection. Also Dingo Pictures tries it’s hand at some live action.

Sacre wabuu, Phelous. Baguette croissant.
My familiarity with Brementown Musicians is the Jim Henson movie.
Script: “When he brought sacks with corn to the mill.” Narrator: “When he brought sex with porn to the mill.” ::Demonetized::
It’s just not a Dingo Picture until you’ve seen someone stumble to the sound of a Jaw Harp.
This is possibly worse than the dub for Chaos Wars, & the voice acting for Michigan: Report from Hell. I wiah there was an East West dub for The Hunchback.
Can’t reuse Mufasa as a burglar. It’s not done.
Phelan, my man…PLEASE do a review of that creepy live action movie.
As much as we are all delighted to see you dive deep into the Dingo animation dungheap…that is too weird and obscure to leave lying there. The internet and your fans demand it! I do understand if there isn’t an English dug or subbed version, make it happen if you can.
As someone with a background in cartooning and art, I am amazed that these Dingo pictures ever got any kind of release. The quality is just so lacking, but then we wouldn’t have this shared experience of riffing on them years later.
He could just make up his own story for what’s going on with no english dialect or subs. It would be hilarious.
That live-action Bremen flick reminds me of that Russian Jack Frost movie that got riffed on MST3K. The one that featured dwarf-chasing, a half bear-man, spousal abuse, a witch in a house with legs and, oh yeah, Jack Frost who only appeared in a quarter of the whole thing. Dingo continues to be a steaming pile (could that narrator guy be less invested and could the dubbing be any more off?), but that live-action thing is begging to be cross-examined.
Seriously, did Dingo use that one cat design for everything? Would it have killed them to draw just 1 other cat design??
As I have the (dis)pleasure to have the Fun Kid’s VHS of the Atlantis rip-off, I have sadly to report that there is no english track on it in case you’re missing it.
Also as a french native speaker, the french dub/song you showcased did not sound half-bad at all. Also I haven’t heard in a while so I cannot tell if the Atlantis team was the same as the Wabou team but I do remember them talking coherently in french (i.e. not the EastWest dub).
Also it seemed you cut yourself in the stinger but it seems par from the course with Dingo, I guess…
If you mean the Atlantis rip-off with not-Alladin and a speaking dog, there’s a PS2 version in English, by the usual Dingo voice actors.
Uhm, that was intended to be a reply to Aka Guymelef. Also I think I reported myself be mistake. Sorry about that.
“the Atlantis rip-off with not-Alladin and a speaking dog” that one indeed, fun fact it’s because I saw the dog in Phelous’ video that I made the connection that the VHS I had was from Dingo.
Also it’s good that this “film” had the regular Dingo cast, I kind of developed some affection to them… Or maybe it is Stockholm syndrome kicking in…
