One place you can check the pronounciation is in an episode of Lucky Star–every episode uses the opening of an old toku or anime as its ending theme, and in one episode Tsukasa and Miyuki singing one of the old Doraemon themes. In that instance (to my ears at least) it’s clear they’re singing “Doh-Rah-Eh-Mon” since they drag out the syllables.
I wish I remembered what episode that was, but I’m sure Wikipedia can tell you.
Actually, Doraemon is pronounced “Doh-Rah-Eh-Mon,” (Rye” would be “Ai,” as in Video Girl Ai), its just that when you hear it, it often sounds like they’re saying Do-Rye-mon until your ears adjust.
