I just find it ridiculous that Shao Kahn could do so well against the Bee Women,I mean if there thousands of hives wouldn’t that mean that there would be hundred of thousands if not millions of Bee Women from those hives and yet they’re so easily defeated by Shao Kahn. Sure Kahn is strong(at least we know he is in the games) but he’s still just one man he’s not a god or anything, unless of course the writers of Conquest really did think Kahn and Raiden were brothers because of Annihilation and though “Well if Kahn and Raiden are brothers and Raiden is a lesser god than Shao Kahn must be one also”.
I also find it funny that Kreeya can just invade other worlds with no conqsenetion yet Kahn can’t and I find it more hilarious when Kahn being unable to invade through anyother means was a plot point and ending to Mortal Kombat 9. Makes me wonder what Conquest would’ve done differently had it came when Mortal Kombat 9 came out instead of after Annihilation.
And for the love of fuck why would Kreeya think making more Bee Women with Reptile’s race would be a good idea. We can probably assume the reason why Kreeya only mates with normal men is so that the “children” would be still be Bee Women with just a little of normal humans, but wouldn’t adding in Reptile’s race mean they could take after them as well like say the acid spit. If thousands of Bee Women come from one hive and if they all inherited the acid spit then what if all these Beetiles were like “well we we’re stronger than the rest of you because we can melt your faces off so aren’t we in charge?” instant civil war. Than agin if Reptile’s race are probably not very smart because if there are millions of them why haven’t they rebelled against Shao Kahn.

why doesn’t she try to mate with Shao Kahn? you’d think that she would be clever enough to fool old Kahnster by pretending to be allies with him and distracting him while her armies spread throughout Outworld and quietly taking out his armies in the process. but no, that would make too much sense even for Conquest. still, this show is no where near as dumb as the Dragon Jets or Scorpion Jets in Defenders Of The Realm. god I hope he reviews that show since I would love to review it myself especially Episode 3 with Jax being a weakling and the sudden random animation error making Jax look like he’s butt naked. and no, I’m not making this up.

Hey Phelous, any plans to play the RE REmaster?
In all honesty, this series seem to be improving in some ways. Maybe it’s just Stockholm syndrome but I find in refreshing change for them to follow up on a storyline for the first time since this series started despite how anti climactic and silly it has been so far. It is also nice to see reptile and his race not just lumped in on the side of shao kahn, like they were earlier in the series, just because they looked evilish. The way the writers treat continuity has improved a lot and while continuity still lacks any real impact to the story we at least do not see oversights like cero dating the a girl who he earlier tried to rape. Improvement in this context means going from abysmal to slightly less abysmal but at this point I would celebrate any improvement to the writing.
What I can’t get over is how they completely glossed over the fight outworld just had against the thousands of bee women. While obviously a silly tv show from the 90s doesn’t have the budget to show a battle, they could at least give us more than “most of the hives have been destroyed” as an explanation.

which Cyrax stole in Mortal Kombat Gold. then Smoke stole Cyrax’s self destruct fatality in Mortal Kombat Deception. but then again he stole Sektor’s missiles in Mortal Kombat Annihilation and as a male ninja stole Scorpion’s spear and teleport (which Noob Saibot also stole from in Mortal Kombat II). which isn’t anything new since Reptile stole both Sub-Zero & Scorpion’s moves in Mortal Kombat I and Jade stole Kitana’s fans in Mortal Kombat II just painted bronze/copper instead of silver. huh, Mortal Kombat isn’t as original as we thought if it keeps ripping itself off and having characters constantly & randomly borrow moves from other characters within the same franchise.

And I have to say something I’d never thaught I’d say, but the original version is even worst. It’s great!
Usualy, foreighner dub is not as good as the original version (except for James Maresters and Hayden Christensen, of course)
