Still, your Bathero cosplay made my day. You captured his goggle-eyed expression perfectly. I love this episode, probably my personal favourite out of all the Bootleg Zones VG ones you’ve done thus far.
interesting bootleg. the most recent Batman game I was able to play (and still desire to play) is the Batman arcade racing game. if you’re a Batman fan and/or a fan of arcade games & racing games, then you seriously need to check this one out. you get to play as any Batmobile from the Adam West version to the most recent versions along with the Bat in certain stages (although you can’t play as the Batmobile from Batman Beyond or even the Batwing from the 1989 film or Batman Forever), but it’s highly addictive and extremely fun to play. it’s made by the same company who also made the arcade games of Terminator Salvation & the recently released Aliens Armageddon. further proof that arcade games are still important to make, still fun to play, and are still making money.
on a side note, I’m glad to see a brand new Bootleg Zone VG episode come out. I’ve been waiting for one for quite a while now. also, my first reproduction cart will be delivered hopefully tomorrow, which is a game I highly recommend to you Phelous or anyone who loves 16 bit video games and reproduction carts. it’s called Super Metroid Phazon or aka Super Metroid Phazon Hack 0.3 for the Super Nintendo. I was able to get a copy from OCDReproductions. either as a Bootleg Zone episode or as a really well made Super Metroid hack, I highly recommend this game to you Phelous.

You were most likely talking about those after-market Atgames SEGA Genesis consoles that SEGA themselves actually approved.
I’ve heard that those are pretty bad compared to the original models of the SEGA Genesis. I recommend you track down a “High Definition Graphics” Model 1 at your local retro video game store, thrift store, yard sale, or e-commerce website because it can play every game for the SEGA Genesis, SEGA CD, and 32X ever made (for the non-Japanese/Asian NTSC market if you don’t mod it).
just to let you know Phelous, warner brothers home entertainment announced today that the complete series of Mortal Kombat Conquest is finally coming to dvd in region 1 as a complete series dvd 4 disc set. all of this information came straight from mortalkombatonline.com and will be released on March 31, 2015 for $39.98 in a 4 disc set of all 22 episodes. I hope this recent news inspires you to finish the MK Conquest reviews. ^-^

someone should do a whole line of classic Rareware Amiibo figures. Amiibo Battletoads, Amiibo Donkey Kong Country Trilogy, Amiibo Killer Instinct, Amiibo Goldeneye, Amiibo Diddy Kong Racing, Amiibo Blast Corps, Amiibo Banjo Kazooie, Amiibo Perfect Dark, Amiibo Jet Force Gemini, & Amiibo Conker’s Bad Fur Day.
who doesn’t want an Amiibo action figure of Zitz, The Dark Queen, Dixie Kong, King K Rool, Funky Kong, Cranky Kong, Fulgore, Orchid, Cinder, Riptor, Wiz Pig, Vela & Juno, Conker, Banjo & Kazooie, Gruntilda, James Bond, Alex Travelyan, and etc. just package it with the classic golden Rareware logo along with the game’s logo and the figure, and I’m sold. you can even have on the back of the Killer Instinct line “Available For Your Home In 1995 Only On Nintendo Ultra 64” on it with the original Nintendo Ultra 64 logo above it.
someone needs to take this idea and make it happen, or someone should get a petition or kickstarter up with this concept.
Hahaha, yes KI needs to be ported to WiiU and you can train your Fulgore Amiibo for tournaments and have impossible AI.
that would be awesome. hell, I just want action figures, statues, plush toys, even cosplay accessories of Killer Instinct. everyone I talk to about it get’s excited and wants one. I don’t understand why there hasn’t been any toys based on KI and why no one has the balls to make them. they would sell extremely well and it would at least be something new to collect instead of seeing toys based on SF & MK for the trillionth time with the same exact characters. at least you can also have glow in the dark action figures with Glacius & Cinder. you can even have the packaging be awesome with the purple background from the original game in glossy detail. you can have Fulgore helmets with light up LED eyes, Jago’s sword, even Kotobukiya statues of B Orchid. get Neca, Hot Toys, McFarlane, Mezco, Figma, SH Monster Arts, First4Figures, someone needs to make some cool merchandises based on Killer Instinct. it’s been 20 years now since the game came out, and people still want toys based on KI. they had an online pool asking the question “if they made action figures of characters from Killer Instinct, would you buy it?”, and the majority vote was Yes. the fans want it, I want it, we demand it, so supply it already toy companies.
