At least they did’t make a another TMNT 3. Tha destroyed my childhood. Second of all, I feel riped off. The American verson of Ghostbuster toys never had cloth cloths. Man living here sucks.
You know, I never knew that Shredder loved to cosplay as Sark from Tron…
Seriously, look at that sad excuse for a helmet and tell me that it completely doesn’t look like Sark’s – with a croissant tacked onto it. Well, maybe except that Sark’s didn’t look like it was cut from a cheap plastic mayo bucket wrapped in tin foil.

Sad thing is that I actrually think Shredder looks more real then the Turtles.
I actually would have gone to this show just to be insulted by ol shred head 😀
Splinter trying to sing in a Bruce Springsteen-like voice is hilarious. I guess the guy who sung the song really wanted to show off his vocal talents in this show.
I lost my shit at “skipping stones.” So much lol/fail.
I can only assume that watching this & the live action Christmas Special back to back would go beyond the point of “so bad it’s funny” & move into a form of slow torture.
What? Shredder is the male bad guy from from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, right? Cuz that’s probably what the team behind this was thinking. That & “What do little kids like? Skipping stones & Barry Manilow.”
It manages to be both out of touch with both the cartoon & children. If I was a kid watching this, I’d feel like it was talking down to me like I was a little baby.
Splinter’s actor isn’t credited because this was his secret shame.
This was an amazing review on such a terrible concert idea. I especially loved your criticism of Splinters song, Shredders eyebrows and the competency of Shredder as a villian in this. Good stuff.

Ah one string bass madness.
I let my father look at this one being a musician, he was utterly perplexed by it.
A song from this (‘Pizza Power’) is actually one of the credits songs in the SNES game Turtles in Time. It’s kind of weird.

Raph: The bad boy. Leo: The sweet one. Don: The shy one. Mikey: The fat one?
What’s with the Nostalgia Critic skull in the title cards lately?
OF COURSE they couldn’t have Bebop and Rocksteady in this… They only have musically themed names.
I am so ashamed that I didn’t think of that myself. Well played, sir.
omg phelous that shreded montage or what ever it was cracked me up so bad this is why i love your reviews XD
Ha, Michelangelo was my fave too.
The cartoon was called Hero Turtles here in the UK but they kept Ninja for the films, which I remember pissed me off when I found out.
Yeah, I read that there used to be some dumb rule in the UK qwhere it was illegal to use “ninja” in the title of anything.

Pizza Power was the best song. My memory was fuzzy but isn’t that song even in one of the games? well anyway…that was interesting.
Yeah, it was used in Turtles in Time.
I laughed more at this video than at the last 10 entire comedy movies I’ve seen in theatres!
Aww, you were an adorable kid!

And of course kids could also just fast forward past Skipping Stones with the VHS tape, an extra bonus.
