Awesome review. I think Birdemic was shot a bit better, but it was also hacked to pieces in the editing room – this one was shot incompetently and had terrible editing, and it’s not quite as funny either. But you two were hilarious, and your styles really do work well together.
That is it. I am getting myself a ghost date that’s mentally damaging.
The sad thing was I actually thought the Mountain Lion was from Birdemic and I was surprised when it didn’t appear.
You need to do more reviews together. This was really good… you know… from a distance.
so when are Phelous and Lupa getting married. I want a recording of the wedding with commentary.
We should start a betting pool of who the first married Channel Awesome couple will be. My money is on JO and Nash, with Phelous and Lupa in second, with (maybe, I’m not sure if they’re dating or not, it just really SEEMS like it) Lindsay and Todd bringing up the rear.
It feels a little weird to speculate on these people’s personal lives, though. *shrugs* Eh, whatever. They seem to take the hundreds of bizarre fanfics about them as a kind of flattery, and they’ve shown that they have a sense of humor about them, so I guess we can’t weird them out TOO much by wondering when/if they’ll get married.

To all who placed bets; congrats, you all lost! The winner was in fact, surprise contender, Paw Dugan and Maven of the Eventide who weren’t even together at the time on the comment being responded to so joke’s on you! Next were the co-hosts of Shark Jumping who only joined the site in 2014 so again, jokes on you! Ahh, it’s so great being from the future!
As for everyone else, sadly, everyone mentioned in the comments has broken up by this point, aside from, to my knowledge, Phelous and Lupa (who I’m not sure still goes by Lupa) but they left the site as well as JO and Lindsey but all that’s another story.
Hopefully I’ve not offended anyone; if I have, it was not my intention. But no one’s going to read this so it’s unlikely I’ll offend anyone.
But if no one will read this, why publish it? If you are wondering that, then please put your query in the same box as questions as ‘what’s in the box’, ‘will you light the sky on fire’, ‘what’s the sound of one hand clapping’, ”how many roads must a take walk before he’s a man’ and ‘how many wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck would chuck wood’ as well as many other scintillating questions and make yourself comfortable while your question hopes to get processed

Silly Phelous, the reason Internet Ghost-Lupa disappeared was that your shirt was red….and if it’s one thing we learned from Pulse 1-3 it is that Internet Ghosts hate the frequency red.
Honestly though, love the crossover, you should do more crossovers together 😀

Agreed. 😠 It’s bad enough that the video is gone, but the copyright strike on Phelous’ YouTube account is bad for his livelihood. I don’t know what penalties there are or how bad it is, but it sucks.
Oh, what a great guy James Nguyen turns out to be… Dude, your movies wouldn’t even be remotely known if it weren’t for reviewers like Phelan and Co tackling them. You should consider yourself lucky that at least one person on the planet saw this particular one to begin with… Also, what part of fair use don’t you get?
I’d imagine he’s going to try claiming the Birdemic stuff now too. I wonder how long we are going to need to be in the Illegal Copyweite Claim Bunker.
Phelous has already removed the Birdemic reviews, I believe.
I really hope his account and revenue won’t be affected too badly. Not being able to see those reviews anymore is bad, but the threat to his YouTube account is way more worrying. :0
Assuming the director didn’t have them taken down himself… >:( In which case, Phelous will have to upload them again–if not to Youtube, then to somewhere else that Hollywood doesn’t have in their pockets. 🙁
