As a person who has actually played some Pokemon games, including the Gameboy OG, these would totally fool me if I was buying for a friend or younger relative. The packaging and product is actually quite attractive for a bootleg.
The cards themselves look nice too, shame they can’t actually be used to play (too many tadpoles), it would be a nice low cost substitute for casual gamers to learn with. Oh well…Maybe a mad-libs Haiku game can be made out of the hilarious and mixed up translations?
