I had guessed that the twist would be that the son killed them or that Anita would be the killer. I was right on both accounts, it seems. Though I wasn’t expecting them to be the same person. That did throw me off a little. However, once it was revealed that Anita used to be the son, I was like “Uh oh. Trans character in an early 2000s show? This is going to get awkward and uncomfortable.” And I was right. Oh dear. Some things just don’t age well.
