Hello I’m registerd in your web site at last! Well, I enjoyed the video a lot, but I think that the T-Rex it’s not even a “new mold”. I think it’s a bootleg of the Mega T- Rex from Chap Mei, from the Dino Valley series, wich I think that could be considered as a knock off from Jurassic Park…
Also, I think that’s actually a knock off of the raptor from Future War, and only Danielle Radcliffe, the greatest kickboxing Jesus allegory can stop it!
Turns out its back. They resurrected the name because they realised the original skeleton, including right skull, was different enough from Apatasaurus to warrant a different species name, and defaulted to the original.
So yeah, the one you expected to get all the comments? Totally okay again.
Now the theropod you called a “somethingasaurus” is an Abelisaur, probably a Majungasaurus. You can tell by the distinctive skull features.
Yeah, now if only Pluto would get it’s planet status back. :-/ I mean, there were hardly any planetary scientists in the group that voted to give Pluto it’s demotion.
01: 47 Also, that’s not a Triceratops as its nose horn is missing. I forget its actual name though. Arrhinoceratops maybe?
3:51 And that is a Styracosaurus. Plz don’t get mad at me Phelous. 🙁
” Turns out its back. They resurrected the name because they realised the original skeleton, including right skull, was different enough from Apatasaurus to warrant a different species name, and defaulted to the original.”
More likely they resurrected the name due to pop culture and media rather than actual concrete evidence of it being a different species.
Before you know it, plesiosaurus will be classified as a dinosaur along with all the pterosaurs for convenience.
I’m not sure I approve of science bowing to popular and accepting nonsense culture rather than trying to educate people that no, it’s not a real thing dammit.
Next they’ll be agreeing that Atlantis probably *was* a real place.

Finally! A Beast Wars reference! That Armada Predacon is ugly as fuck, but at least he wont crumble in your hands.
Great video as always.
I for one welcome our delicate ancient overlords!

Yeah, the Brontosaurus thing?

On the subject of corrections!
When you’re going through the various other dinosaur toys, you call one a Triceratops, but it’s actually a Styracosaurus.
Triceratops has three horns pointed forward, the Styracosaurus has seven, mostly pointed backwards around it’s plate like head armor.
Don’t just stand there, Trypticon – smack that punk raptor in the face!
I for one welcome our delicate ancient reptilian overlords.
Well, he may not have a toxic glow, but at least that T. Rex. can look forward to a career as a waitress at a 50s burger diner.
I’d have loved to get these as a kid. Would have scared the piss out of the cats though.
I think David Icke would have a field day with this. 😛
speaking of Jurassic Park, does anyone else besides me still prefers the original Kenner toys? I’d love to see Hasbro make an updated version of the original Carnotaurus figure like what they did with the Toys R Us Exclusive T-Rex as well an updated version of the original Jurassic Park Jeep in the same color & design as the unreleased prototype. http://www.jptoys.com/toy-database/jurassic-park/jurassic-park-series-2/prototypes/jungle-explorer/img/jungle_explorer.jpg
oops, I meant Ford Explorer. sorry.
