Short review! But I can tell why. This movie looked slow and dull and more of the same we’ve seen from Wrong Turns past.

Yep. Saw the commercial for this one on TV and thought to my self “Oh… poor, poor Phelous…”
finally, an official Phelous movie review. it’s been months since I’ve seen a brand new film review from your site. with that being said, this was a great review and a breath of fresh air from what you have been posting lately. I hope to see more.
I still can’t believe that we got 6 Wrong Turn films. this looks really bad, but it’s still no where as shitty as Hellraiser Revelations, American Psycho 2, The Thing 2011, Texas Chainsaw 3D, or the shameful Psycho remake. and is it just me, or does it look like 3 Fingers is starting to look like Demogoblin from Maximum Carnage in overalls?
Oh Phelous oh Phelous why did you review that movie? I’m going to have to watch Swamp Zombies again just to get a real plot…. or maybe just to dance to the Blue Meanie’s theme. NO SERIOUSLY, is there ANYONE out there waiting with bated breath for another Wrong Turn movie? I wouldn’t have even KNOWN about this movie series if I hadn’t watched these reviews. I wish I didn’t know about them! Look what you’ve done to me Phelous, are you happy?! Are you!??!

I can only guess the people who make them get SOMETHING out of it otherwise they would stop. Maybe it’s a job experiance kind of deal where they get credit for the time they spend on the movie or something. 🙂
A sixth one? Why… why do these things keep happening? Why!?
Uhm, anyway… I kind of like how they try to turn Three Fingers, who was just another random inbred in the original, into a sort of mascot for the franchise without realising what makes a good mascot (Like Freddy Krueger or Pinhead, for example). To this day, the only thing I associate with Three Fingers is the Goldfinger parody song Lupa sang.
Seriously why are there 6 of these? It’s like the Baby Genius movies, except somehow even dumber.
You gotta give credit for the title of the movie, though, it’s a double-pun goddammit. They obviously knew this movie that takes place at a resort is the last resort of a dying franchise.
I don’t know if anyone else said this(I know I did on Channel Awesome but yeah) but Three-Finger was suppose to be dead at the end of the third movie, at least according to Wikapidea so yeah your theory about the inbreeds being zombies isn’t very far fetch.
So according to Wikapidea Wrong Turn 6 had all it’s DVD and Blu-Rays recalled as well as being removed from video streaming sites because the film makers included a real missing person poster in the film. If this is true I guess it’s a shame alot of the world won’t get to see the genius that is Wrong Turn 6: Inbreeds are the Master Race.
I’m starting to think with 4 (the prequel) the whole series went into some weird alternate timeline or something. That’s the only way to explain the vast shift between that and even the third movie.
