Galaxy Warriors definitely copy ideas from the Masters of the universe but Sungold’s muscle men are a bit more than just a MOTU knock off. They have also spawned endless bootlegs and KOs of themselves.

Better than Ashens’ review of He-Man bootlegs, which mostly consisted of laughing at the bad paint jobs on the face. Speaking of hilariously bad bbootleg paint jobs, Pokemon has that market cornered.
Baltard….How do you even compete with a name like that?
I know of a couple of collectors figures with variations; American McGee’s Alice figures, which have rare glowing variants & sharp differences between series, & Batman TAS. I’d send you a few, but I’m kind of attached to them. Plus the Alice ones were on the expensive side.(Where are you going to store all of these figures anyway?) Hahaha.
Well, there’s only so much shits you can give if you stumble upon the troll head on a snow white He-Man figure body.
But it does seem that Phelous is more specialized for this kind of review :3
Well, those are quite interesting. I would like to know what Spikes looks like underneath his helmet, because it looks like it can be taken off, but I can’t seem to find any pictures of him unmasked on the internet, so maybe his helmet has just been molded onto his head like Thor’s is. Oh, well, guess I’ll just have to try and find some of those myself.
Nah, if his helmet could come off I’d have shown it. I guess he’s just supposed to be pure black under it which is kinda a cool look/neat idea.
I think mr. Three horns is based on Baphomet, probably. Baphomet got a third horn on it’s goat head. Now, that guy does not look like a goat, but it’s a possible inspiration.
Oh if only someone made a slightly animated series for the Galaxy Warriors proclaiming how lame BalTARD is. That would be ok, really ok…
Any recommendations on which version to go with for the figures?
Well the 1st batch seem to generally are slightly nicer quality but your more likely to find the 2nd ones in nicer shape. I’d say it mostly depends on what deal you can find on whichever version.
1. Hey, those look actually kinda neat.
2. I can’t for the life of me put my finger down as to where I’ve heard the name “Baltard” before…
Remember kids, don’t be a Baltard!
“But Baltard!”
Seriously though, I kind of like him. 😀
Does anybody know where Phelous gets his background music, especially the track at 3:30?
