Lupa’s face in the title card image thingy before you click “play” is magical. I’m gonna watch the review now. I shouldn’t try commenting when I’m sick and stupid.

Neat bit of trivia: the girl who plays the niece is Courtnee Draper, the voice of Elizabeth in Bioshock Infinite.

Obviously the dog making the front page all the time is insightful commentary on how in real life, royalty doing trivial things is seen as big news while real issues are occurring unnoticed.

Allison: “He’s got all his bitches with him.” Me: ::Spits rice at keyboard::

    Heheh, Scotty & Baron Munchausen.

Is it just me, or does the villain’s rich snooty trophy wife look like Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) in drag?

::Looks it up at IMDB:: There’s a guy named Cavendish (banana), but the best name of all is Nutswager….Nuts Wager….Nut Swagger…Moves like Jagger.

Aww…Thanks Brad, now I’m gonna have Grand Funk Railroad’s “Some Kind of Wonderful” stuck in my heads for the rest of the day. XD

I always knew Lupa would get back to reviewing another shitty family film that involes a dog.

Poot James Doohan, having to play Scotty in Star Trek, and then resorting himself into starring in D-grade garbage like this.  Oh, how the mighty have fallen.  I also don’t blame him for walking away from the food fight at the end.

10:01- Yeah, that’s what bad movies do to you: they make you wisg you were watching BETTER movies like Citizen Kane.

12:32- With these weird names, I’m now being reminded of the Lord and Lady Douchebag sketch on Saturday Night Live.

The plot of an animal or pet becoming a duke, or king, or CEO has been done before in movies like Gordy.

21:05- OKAY, I’m just gonna assume that this movie was gonna be about a human who becomes the duke, but the asshole director of Big and Harry desided to make it about a dog.  Asshole.

25:18- I just realized.  This movie takes place in July, and the dog is marking down the 18th, which is MY birthday.  Weird coincidence.

27:05- Don’t forget about a dog rape scene, because that’s another one of the memorable moments of Man’s Best Friend.

I’ve been to a dog wedding before (no stately home transaction was involved), and it was in the news. Though here, local news often consists of “woman finds continent-shaped bean growing in front garden!”

This movie sounds silly and fun. These days cinema takes even the dumbest ideas “super serious”, so a film like this would be ten times worse.

Guys, I have a really random question, you both seem like big  Hercules and Xena fans have either of you seen “Hercules and Xena The Animated Movie: The Battle for Mount Olympus”?  And would either of you be interested in reviewing it? I feel like it’s a REALLY forgotten movie.

Lol, it’s fine; but yeah the movie is really strange and fell to super obscurity quickly after it’s straight to VHS release.

Seeing Phelous or Allison do a review on that forgotten movie would be fantastic.

Guys! Guuuuuuuys. Psst! …Throughout this entire review you refer to a basset hound as a beagle. XD

In all seriousness though, I love all your reviews and especially when Cinema Snob cameos. Thanks for the great work!

Hate to go off topic, but I just found out that The Human Centipede 3 is a thing now. Perhaps that would make another nice crossover review.

Probably my favorite Movie Nights so far, besides the Mary-Kate and Ashley Triple Feature. Keep going!

(By the way, I think Cinema Bread might have thought that Hubert was 21 in human years, not in dog years. Still, they could probably find a way to make sure that Hubert would meet the old Duke soon enough.)
