This just made me want to rewatch Quantum Leap again, extremely depressing finale or not.

Scientist who has invented a matter teleporter, at the end of his funding and desperate to prove his work, uses his teleporter on himself to appear before a person who could reverse that decision and suffers an empowering accident?

That reminds me of The Projected Man.

Before Scott Bakula took command of the Starship Enterprise 100 years before the days of Kirk, he was in this yabba-dabba-doodoo of a TV pilot.  Also, I liked Bakula on Star Trek: Enterprise, and one of the reasons being he wasn’t batshit crazy in that show with the exception of the alternate universe 2-parter episode.

The opening credits scene looks so boring without music.  Wouldn’t it be funny, or more of an effort, if someone added the opening music to Birdemic for the credits?

    11:30- What a stupid bitch.

16:09- I’m also surprised Bakula didn’t use the PowerGlove line when he revealed his techno arm.  He said every other catchphrase in the book, but not that one?  For shame.

I’ll stick with either Jon Stewart of The Daily Show or John Stewart of The Green Lantern Corps.  The one in this pilot can go screw himself.

25:36- I’m a bit dissapointed that Bakula didn’t say “You are infiltrated” when he defeated the mad scientist.

This movie is like if The Fly (’86) was a dumb movie, and they replaced the fly with a space probe.

I’ve never heard of Quantum Leap before so I REALLY never heard of The Infiltrator. Towards the end, it seemed like the guy wasn’t as obnoxious so there’s a plus. Also, I am loving this series… Movie Nights… NOT the Infiltrator.

After watching this I want to go watch Quantum Leap now.

The goofy scientist kind of remind me of Flubber movie where he kind of crazy funny and hyper. The logic in this movie is sooooo silly.

The Infiltrator suit reminds me of how Billy Idol looks at the end of his “Shock to the System” video, a music video in which Billy Idol may not remember since it was part of his “Cyberpunk” release, which he has said he does not remember recording. His i a stop-motion cyborg, though.

    Here’s Billy

Hey Phelous, you should review this: http://kisscartoon.me/Cartoon/The-Count-of-Monte-Cristo

It’s a cartoon adaptation of the Count of Monte Cristo. You know, for kids!

Hey, I liked Enterprise.  I mean, it was nowhere near as good as TNG or DS9, and it definitely started off kind of terrible, but it had some good moments once it hit its stride.  And at least it wasn’t Voyager…

I never heard of this gem! That’s why I love your show, Lupa, you always point out something from the 80s or 90s I  might have never known existed 😛 Great review!
