Phelan, really wanted to tell you how I adored this new show. I’m a toy collector (Transformers mainly, but also Joes and Marvel/DC figures) and it’s really a blast seeing these weird/cheap knockoffs. I’m still not over the fact that somewhere exists a satanic, umm, turtle fighter…That blew my mind. And there’s nothing funnier than watching someone playing with toys! (and I’m not being sarcastic here) Especially in this video!
I’ve been watching each episode, and this one was awesome! Hallowe…I mean Zordon was great! I have missed him so much. lol These just might be the cheapest figures that you will find for the show, unless they make action figures out of paper. Maybe some Country does. o_0 Either way, great work and I hope to see some more Transformers bootlegs (I’m really like the Sound Recorder figure). 😀
I swear I wasn’t even trying to copy what Phelous does, but I ended-up with a similar web-series/segment pilot to this bootleg series. I seriously JUST realized this today.
While attempting to make a web-series/segment that revolves around story-telling, I came-up with the idea for a video, which would turn-out to involve me doing stuff with toys and using crappy effects. The video even ended-up very “meta” in it’s humorous content and delivery. Hell, you should wait until my bloopers come-in soon, since I even mention Phelous (and Obscurus Lupa) at one point during filming.

Speaking of Super Sentai, what SS series should I watch first? Because I’m interested in stuff like Gokaiger, Dekaranger, Hurricanger, Kakuranger, Gekiranger, Go-Onger, and Shinkenger the most.
Also, if you know about Super Sentai then do you know anything about Kamen Rider? Thinking on watching either Decade or OOO first

Heh, I remember when exactly the same thing happened on Hyper Power Rangers II Turbo International Edition HD
They look like Kousoku Sentai Turboranger toys, but all use the head of the yellow ranger from Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger.
Oh yeah, they look cheap & hollow. Dollar store plastic easter eggs probably have better quality plastic.
