Seriously? Why have you not done a horror movie for so very long?
Because if you haven’t noticed, he does more than horror movie reviews, now suck it up, Keegan.
I’m an important person so he has to do them. Only Phelous knows my true identity: Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Phelous hates doing these and they don’t make him any money but I told him if he did these I would use political pressure to get the original Team Silent back together. Oh and someone in this thead asked why he wasn’t showing his face. I thought everyone knew about the horribly disfiguring car accident he had on Sesame Street. Lupa is fine, but now Phelous has to wear a luchador mask when he goes out in public.

Phelous as someone who admires all of your vids, even the one I bitched about (drag me to hell) Let me give you a piece of advice I learned from Alan Moore. Don’t produce what you think the audiece wants, produce what you want to do, a project that you personally find interesting. I’m sure you probably do this already, my point really is that you should do whatever you want to do, not what you think your audience wants to see.
Yeah, I think Phelous is entitled to review whatever the fuck he wants. I have no interest in Power Rangers so I don’t watch Linkara’s Power Ragers videos, I don’t complain about him not reviewing a comic when he makes a vid like that, he’s not my personal slave, same goes for Phelous.

I was reading up on this series, looks like it was pretty popular in its day. I thought it looked pretty good and i was right because apparently it had a surprisingly high production value, so much so that TNT had to cancel it.
Phunniest Conquest episode yet.
For me, I really enjoy the horror reviews but my favorite episodes aren’t horror-related. My absolute favorites are the 2 Turtles concert reviews….unless those fall under the horror genre too 🙂
So I hope Phelous continues mixing it up like he is doing now. Every time it’s a surprise and I like that.
Phelous doing the same type of movies all the time gets really butt-ass boring. Dying all the time also got pretty stale, especially when he did the Dr. Who regen crap. I didn’t find that very funny, except for the cat one.
I think Phelous will probably always change things up, because he seems to get tired of cliches pretty fast, which makes his running gags all the more funny.
Look I’m just gonna say this about the recent videos. Yes I would like to see more of the traditional Phelous videos where he makes fun of a stupid horror movie or just a stupid movie in general, but you know in a way this is a good thing. If you actually think about it and really you don’t have to think that hard. Basically if Phelous did more horror movie/stupid movie reviews it would get old and stale and not funny anymore which is why I watch him. While I wouldn’t say this new stuff is great for my funny bone, I will say that I find it interesting that there existed a live action Mortal Kombat series (never really got into the games and I’ve only seen the first film, so yeah I’m totally new to this series as a whole) and to be fair Phelous is still being Phelous with the jokes he delivers. Although since I’m being completely honest here, I wish he would get back on camera since his facial expressions are my favorite. Plus this will probably lead up to something where Phelous can be really hilarious with reviewing a stupid horror movie/stupid movie. However, I do enjoy watching him and Lupa interact with eachother. Wether it be a review or playing a stupid board game like the Twilight Board Game or just driving around looking for Sesame Street. Overall I find it just rather dumb to bitch about someone not producing the content you want to see, since all you are going to do is just piss them off and they won’t make the videos you want to see. Although the polar opposite could happen and they’ll give in to popular demand and well it won’t be entertaining in the slightest unless you are a fanboi. That’s my two cents on the matter and well all I have to say is this and this is directed towards Phelous himself. Dude whenever you get back to the traditional style of reviewing where you have a bunch of shit behind you and you are torturing yourself by watching some really dreadful shit I’ll be waiting. Till then I’ll keep watching these reviews about this series since it’s different and well I’m one who enjoys change, when done right of course. Again these series of videos isn’t out right funny to me, but it’s nice to see a change of pace.
Are there seriously any people (besides Phelous) who cares about this boring, stupid-ass show? It’s not even funny to make fun of. It’s just pointless.

But really, I love your reviews of the Conquest episodes, I remember catching a few of them because I was a fan of the games and being pretty disappointed at the time, but now I can appreciate them for how cheesy they are. Oh, and those christmas cartoons you did were freakin’ hilarious. Seriously, keep up the great work, I love watching this stuff.

I watched your Silent Night review. Were the numbers really that low? But… Malcolm McDowell is a cast member. He was in A Clockwise Orgy with John Cleese! The audience pull factor should be astronomical!
Why does it have to be one or the other? It keeps things fresh to move away from the slasher-killer-gore-fest material occasionally and it’s also pleasing to see the horror videos when they come. Anything is salvageable with well-executed jokes and insightful commentary (eg. Boogeyman 3). I never watched the C/Konquest show but I watch your reviews because you have passion for it, which in turn, engages me (who knows very little about it). If there’s passion in the work, then the work is worthwhile.
As an aside, I think the most consistently funny videos you ever made were “The Journey Begins” and “Annihilation”.
And before I actually view this, I must do that first, however, I needed to make a request for you to do a review on this STUPID movie I watched on Netflix with my friend & Sister the other day. The name of this film is: Scary or Die. I think it would be up your alley; I’d be grateful of you considered it in general. I made this account just to say this by the way. I think the biggest problem with Scary or Die was how insanely BORING it was. Other than the very last story with the voodoo zombie woman, which I actually thought was pretty decent, or maybe my brain had just melted into goo by then.

I just joined this site but I’ve been watching Phelous’s stuff since 2010. As Phelous is my favorite TGWTG reviewer, I support anything he uploads. That said, would like to see a Top 10 favorite movie or video game video, and maybe a Silent Hill: Revelation Phelous review (I know you did an out of character review, hoping for an in character one)
“the dead matter” camera work is good, sets are all right soundtrack is badass’d cuz its midnight syndicate (they helped fund the film) magic talisman makes zombies, vampire wants it, tom savini is in it, so its going to be ok right? wrong, the only reason i bring it up here is omagine kung lao’s girlfrred role and she is the focale point. bad acting terrible delivery stupid ass smile at wrong times (hey guess who’s the bestest friend in the world? me the girl that brought a zombie to the bar? aren’t i awesome?) and seriously when her friends and boyfriend don’t approve of zombie man, she runs off with him (right after i mocked her with “nobody understands me but you zombie, you’ll be the bestest boyfriend ever!) and takes him clothes shopping. its a terrible movie but so bad you’ll laugh at its stupidity. also, phelous is still awesome, that is all
I love these reviews. I truely hope you get all the way to the end, cause as dumb as some of these episodes can be, the ending almost made the whole series worth while!
